Competitions

General rules

  • All entries should be submitted until the deadlines. However, if there are any REAL problems just contact the compo crew and we'll try to fake a new deadline for you :)
  • You should submit your entry via the network. Please add a FILE_ID.DIZ (that one should be serious so that it's at least obvious how to contact you) and preferably also an .NFO file.
  • If there are too few entries in a compo (<=2) we'll inform the participant(s) so that they can decide what to do. Of course you can release your entry on some other party then.
  • One person can only submit one entry per compo. At least one person who worked on the entry has to be present at the party. No eMail entries allowed. Only exception is, when the participant arrives later at the party place than the deadline/compo.
  • by entering in a compo you agree, that your production(s) are spread over the usual sites (scene.org, etc.) after the party

We will have several competition machines (usually 2) for you and you can excessively test your stuff until you're satisfied (but please don't come along 5 minutes before the compo).
In an emergency we probably also can use your hardware as long as you provide it. If you need any exotic stuff and additional LIB's or DLL's for your prod please deliver it with the package but keep in mind, that it adds to the filesize limits!
If there are too many entries in one compo, we may preselect very lame entries. As always, productions violating any german law will be disqualified.
